Gosh…..notices have been posted all over town reminding people to lock there homes and vehicles. I know there has been an increased level of thefts in Newport over the last few months and police have been on the lookout. However, when I peered out my window yesterday morning around five AM I was shocked. I saw someone trying to steal the life guard tower……tractor and all. Now who the hell would want that? Man things are getting out of hand.
