I haven’t posted here in since 2018, too long ago. I continue to make shell art. Here are two of my most recent creations.
A tiny art piece I created last week. Features a Shiva shell on a bed of red coral. If you look closely you can see a black fly flew into the piece when it was drying.
This is by far my biggest and heaviest piece I have ever made. Pictures really don’t do it justice…..I used many broken shells in the piece and in some areas the resin is about an inch thick. It doesn’t have a home yet so please let me know if you are interested.
Southern California is a buzz with the huge south swell we are currently experiencing. I hopefully will have some pictures and a break down up in the next few days. For now…check out this shell art I just produced…..it went to Chicago.
